Pickup Patrol
Our Lady of Lourdes will continue to use Pickup Patrol for the 2023 / 2024 school year. Please use this application to setup your child's default dismissal plan and to manage their absences, late notices, and any changes to their daily pickup routine.
You should already be enrolled in the system based on the email you have on file with our Main Office. If your email is not recognized, please call us at (516) 599-7328.

The OLL School Nurse is responsible for maintaining student health records, routine health checks, care of minor injuries, vision/hearing/scoliosis screenings, distributing medication, and all parent contact regarding student health matters.

Lunch Duty & OPT Out Fee
For the safety of our students, all OLL Families are required to volunteer to 1 lunch period a month to help our staff monitor recess. Emails from the lunch program will go out monthly with the signup schedule. If you are unable to volunteer, you may pay the $150 opt out fee.

OLL PTL
The Our Lady of Lourdes PTL helps build a sense of community among parents, teachers, and students. We organize social events, family-oriented activities, and fundraisers to promote school spirit at Our Lady of Lourdes.
PTL Year Round Fundraisers
Please print and complete the order form and send it to the School Office in an envelope marked SCRIP. Please make your check payable to OLL PTL. OLL will make monthly orders of Scrip. Family orders received in the office by the monthly deadline (around the 15th of the month) should be delivered within a week. Family orders received in the office after the 15th of the month will be fulfilled the next month.

SCRIP is gift card fundraising. OLL earns a percentage of every gift card purchased.

Each year, Our Lady of Lourdes School asks each OLL Family to donate a small portion of their time to keep the school running smoothly while keeping everyone’s tuition as low as possible.
The assistance of all school parents is essential, but we do recognize that life is busy, and volunteering may not be possible for your family. Thus, we give every family the opportunity to pay opt out fees instead of volunteering.

teachers, and more importantly by students and parents in the home. FORMED.org is a
premier on-line platform filled with over 4,000 Catholic studies, movies, cartoons, audio
dramas, ebooks, and talks – and it’s free for every parishioner.
All parents and guardians need to subscribe to FORMED so students can complete

VIRTUS Training
All Our Lady of Lourdes Volunteers must be VIRTUS trained.
The Diocese of Rockville Centre requires all volunteers to:- Attend a VIRTUS Child Protection Awareness Session
- Complete a Diocesan Background Check
- Return a Signed Diocesan Code of Conduct
All Signed paperwork and a certificate of VIRTUS completion must be returned to the School Office.
